Each family is required to complete/provide:

- Family Information
- Educational Information
- Medical Information
- Parent Questionnaire
- A $25.00 Fee
After the submission of a completed packet and fee, there will be a scheduled assessment with the student and the entering grade level teacher. The teacher will then meet with the school administrator to determine the best fit for the student and you will be contacted within the week about possible placement.

- A $550.00 Fee
Student seats will not be reserved without a completed packet and fee submission.
